These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GeoHavnVault, operated by GeoHavn ("we", "our", "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

GeoHavnVault provides zero-knowledge encrypted file storage. You encrypt files in your browser before upload, and only you hold the decryption keys.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload malicious files or malware
• Not attempt to breach our security
• Not use the service to infringe on others' rights
• Comply with all applicable laws

3. Account & Keys

• No account registration is required
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys and encryption keys secure
• We cannot recover lost encryption keys
• Lost keys mean permanent loss of access to your files

4. Payment Terms

• First 30 days are free
• After 30 days, payment is required to keep files
• Payments are one-time, upfront for the selected storage duration
• No refunds once payment is processed
• Files are deleted if payment is not received after 30 days

5. File Storage

• Maximum file size: 50MB per file
• Files are stored for the paid duration
• Files are automatically deleted after expiration
• We provide a 7-day grace period after expiration
• Deleted files cannot be recovered

6. Privacy & Security

• We use zero-knowledge encryption
• We cannot access your file contents
• We cannot recover your encryption keys

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Suitability for your specific needs

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of data or files
• Loss of encryption keys
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service:

• For violations of these Terms
